Apple is going to grab its greater well deserved market share by introducing a new iPhone with 5MP camera leaving all the cell phone giants devastated. After the 3G, iPhone only lacked a powerful camera which is going to be rectified.
All those cell phone giants like Nokia,Samsung and LG who came out with 5MP phones will be down under after the 5MP iPhone release.
The date of release is not ye disclosed but sooner or later 5MP iPhone will be in market according to one of the sources.
Hopefully Apple will work on the video recording feature of iPhone. Your comments are much appreciated on this article.

Apple need to come out with 8mb camera iPhone if they don't I will end my contract with 02 in August 2009
5MP? That's so last year. I have an iPhone and the pix are ok for blogging. However my digi camera is a 12 mpx .
They companies are simply dragging all this out for profit and sales..
we need a combined device witha decnt voice recorder, and decent camera and phone all in one.
How about a 6mb cam/video (3x zoom would be great too); MMS for sending pics; txt forwarding where you can select a msg out of your msg history and forward it on. Also, my iPhone has 9 pages of apps, it would be great to have these pages listed on the home screen - one touch and it takes you straight there. The only problem would be the space it takes up on screen unless they turn the small dots into numbers.
